Why do you have agency requirements? There are a few reasons for our agency requirements...
Although we seek to assist everyone, our staff is limited. To ensure we reserve
time to help those able to benefit the most from our services, we have certain
agency requirements. In addition to ensuring an appropriate level of coverage, these requirements ensure the highest quality of service for all of our clients. Our agency requirements are not affiliated with carriers we represent, or organizations we are affiliated with. Agency requirements are void where prohibited by law, rule, or agreement.
Back to TopI only need homeowners insurance, not auto. Can you help me?For personal insurance such as home or renters, you must request multi-policy quote. You're not obligated to purchase policies, only request quotes. Exceptions may be made for referrals from existing clients.
- Often overlooked, we believe just about everyone should have a personal liability policy. Personal liability is built into all homeowners and renters policies.
- Depending on carrier and circumstances, sometimes a bare-bones, high-deductible renters policy is actually "free" after multi-policy discount.
We are not competitive and often have no market for standalone homeowners policies. We must always quote an auto policy together with homeowners.
Back to TopI only need state minimum coverage for my car, or an SR-22 bond, can you help? The lowest limits we sell is at least 100/300 or 300CSL. Exceptions may be made, but we cannot issue coverage less than 25k/50k/25k. Please ask us why these limits are so important.
Back to TopI do not currently have auto insurance, it has lapsed or canceled, can you help me with new policy? We specialize in helping people find the best rates on insurance. We require new customers that have had their license and/or owned a vehicle have at least 6 months prior insurance. We do not currently have the most competitive insurance carriers for those without prior insurance. We are sometimes able to assist under certain circumstances, such as students or temporary visitors.
Back to TopMy account is setup for automatic payments from my checking account, and the withdrawl date is less than 2 weeks from now. Can you stop the payment? When automatic payments are scheduled, most insurance carriers require at least 14 days advanced notice to make changes.
Back to TopHow can I pay for my insurance, can I make payments, do you have payment plans?YES! We offer convenient payment plans, either recurring EFT or full payment. Many insurance carriers also accept credit cards.
To give the most customers the best service possible, we no longer accept cash or partial payment by check. Electronic payment only for partial payments.
Don't hesitate to call me us anytime!!! But if you have billing or payment issues, since we do not accept cash, we highly encourage the use of the insurance carriers telephone service centers. We pay many carriers a considerable portion of our compensation to staff the service centers, and it's optional, so if you don't have a good experience, please let us know!
All carriers also offer some form of online payment through their website. We can walk you through the process, just give us a call.
